I had such an amazing stay at Signel Seoul — it truly feels like a five-star experience in every detail. The service was honestly next level. I was contemplating between Four Seasons and Signel and I do not regret choosing Signel Seoul! Every staff member was so polished but also genuinely kind. From check-in to housekeeping to small requests, everything was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. The gym completely impressed me. It’s fully equipped with high-end Technogym machines — not just a basic hotel setup. It’s spacious, meticulously maintained, super clean, and actually suitable for a real workout. The room was spotless, and the cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable. You can tell they maintain very high standards. I also loved the little luxury details — the incredibly comfortable Frette bedding made it so hard to get out of bed, and having a Dyson hairdryer in the room was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, everything felt refined, calm, and beautifully maintained. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.

The hotel is housed within Lotte World Tower, a 123 story, 555 metre landmark and the sixth tallest building in the world. SIGNIEL Seoul occupies the tower’s upper floors, creating an experience that feels truly elevated the moment you arrive. The grand sky lobby on the 76th floor sets the tone immediately, with dramatic architecture, a sweeping staircase, and panoramic views over the city. I stayed in a Deluxe Suite on the 87th floor with a breathtaking river view. Seeing the river frozen in winter from this height felt serene and almost unreal. The suite was spacious and beautifully designed in muted pastel tones, accented with delicate cherry blossom details that softened the space. Separate living, dining, and working areas created a sense of calm, comfort, and privacy throughout the stay. Breakfast was served high above the city at STAY, Modern Restaurant, while the guest lounge on the 76th floor offered daily refreshments and an elegant evening cocktail hour with champagne and canapés. Wellness facilities on the 85th floor included a sky high gym, pool, and sauna, all designed to match the hotel’s refined atmosphere. His warm approach set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, refined, and maintained to the highest standard. The rooms are exceptional, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The views of the city are simply mesmerising and make the experience even more special. Housekeeping also deserves special recognition. The team were absolutely amazing, keeping the room spotless and beautifully presented throughout our stay, with the same level of care and attention that reflects the hotel’s high standards. What stood out most was the hotel’s consistency: excellent service, superb amenities, professionalism, genuine kindness, and a real sense of care from the entire team.
