Overall really great! Beautiful and comfy rooms, decent privacy, lovely balcony in the female only dorm, cozy patio space, etc.! The staff were lovely, shout-out to my guy Trevor for going above and beyond for me and my friend! 🙌 Good security with great on-site parking, a good location in town, and overall a great place! They also offer free breakfast, it's pretty mediocre, but free food is free food, so I call that a win!

We stayed here for two nights while exploring San Francisco. We experienced some issues when checking into our room, since the room assigned to us was still in use, but it could all be resolved and we got another room. Although the hostel is located next to a big street, we didn't hear any traffic noise (this might depend on where the room is located in the building). Breakfast was okay, there were bagels with jelly and yoghurt. Be aware that there is no kitchen in the hostel, only a toaster and a microwave, so make sure to plan accordingly. We had a great time there and would definitely come back ☺️

5 stars is for the facility, not the people I shared it with. 5 stars for provided parking ! Thanks This place is genuinely great clean, organized, and thoughtfully set up. You’ve got towels, a fridge, garbage parking, a hip lounge. The customer service and attention to detail in the setup? On point. But here’s the thing: if this place continues to offer hostel-style shared rooms, there needs to be better awareness of shared space etiquette. I’m all for budget-friendly options and communal living but some of the guests here clearly think they’re still in their private homes. • Slamming doors. • Smoking mysterious substances indoors at 4–5 a.m. • Lighting lighters every few minutes (which is a major safety concern, not just an annoyance). • And yes, leaving an empty roll of toilet paper behind after finishing it off. Come on. If you need full freedom to act like it’s your house, then do the rest of us a favor and book a private room. Shared spaces only work when people treat them with basic human decency. Again: cute and clean property. But that means nothing if guests ruin the vibe. I’d still recommend the place but if you’re a light sleeper, sensitive to smoke, or simply want rest and respect, bring earplugs and say a prayer for good roommates.

This is probably the best hostel in SF and I’ll tell you why. First of all, they have a parking garage. This is the only hostel in the city that offers this, much less the world. The staff is always friendly and I think they recently added a patio. The marina is a very walkable neighborhood and there’s public transportation to everywhere you want to go. Did I mention they have a garage? What’s not to like???

Everything here is great. The front desk is very friendly and the service attitude is excellent. The location is also very good. You can take the bus anywhere. The only drawback is the shower. That handle is very difficult to use. The water is very cold, the flow is extremely small, and it seems that it can't be turned off. It keeps leaking.
