Spent three nights in here, but i booked night per night. Thanks God, two nights my room ungraded to the balcony room. One night viewing the mountain and another night viewing the town. It’s really nice. The room is good, clean and big enough for two people. Located in the centre of tourists attraction. Near to the queenstown mall, and near the lake. But unfortunately the wifi in this hotel sometimes missing to no where. I take some adventure tour tickets in here, the staf is really nice in explanation about the adventure and give great recommendations operators. yes we are satisfied with the attractions.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place truly deserves it! The staff were amazing, namely Rachel at the desk and Orla in the staff, who both went out of their way to help me have to best stay possible. Rooms were very well maintained and the common areas were always clean. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re passing through Queenstown!

Busy busy busy. Been traveling the south island in a van and breaking up the trip staying in hostels so was just staying for one night. Nomads was affordable but its just very cramped. 12 person dorm, all beds full never really expirenced that but has to be expected. The kitchen though was crazy, you could barely squeeze past people, definelty not big enough for the amount of peope staying, all fridges were packed, there was bearly enough space to fit a liter of milk which is all I put in the kitchen. I also wanted to do some work on the laptop but the communal area was jammed to, hard to focus while at a table with 8 other people having a meal lol. I feel like it'd be a great spot if you're young n traveling and looking for a good social spot but for a chill place to rest wouldn't recommend. Also with the beds not labeled someone took my bed that I thought I left my stuff on earlier. The other bed had no plug close so not ideal. The staff were really nice though.

I stayed at this hostel in a private room with an attached bathroom, and it was surprisingly not bad. They do daily room cleaning and even provide a kettle and fridge. For the hair dryer, you need to leave your ID as a deposit, which I found a bit strange since they already had a copy. Overall, it’s good value for money, and I’d be happy to stay again. The best part is definitely the location!

Great location, nice staff and clean room service. The facilities are quite old, not that solid bed, the sockets are quite away from your bed, the lockers are mini and some of them are broken. But the toilet and bathroom are separate, which is useful in busy time. It is kind of noisy but my ear plugs works. This is not a problem for me. So it could be a good choice if location is important for you.
