Great hotel within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beauty salons and a park for kids. The location is perfect if you want to be able to walk everywhere. Good breakfast and lunch. Clean spacious rooms. The staff is friendly, everyone we interacted with was helpful and kind. The fact that you need a key to go to each floor is a bit inconvenient but it is great for safety reasons. I’d definitely stay here again.

The rooms are spacious and luxurious, the amenities are top tier, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel relaxed and welcomed immediately. Disappointing stay due to noise and lack of basic amenities I had a very hard time sleeping here because of constant noise coming from the rooftop bar. The music (especially the heavy bass) was clearly audible on the 8th floor and continued until around 2 AM. For a hotel where guests expect rest and relaxation, this was extremely disruptive. If you’re visiting the area to enjoy nature or want a quiet, peaceful stay, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel — getting proper sleep is difficult. Breakfast was also disappointing for anyone with dietary restrictions, as there were no vegan options available. Additionally, for a 5-star hotel, the room amenities felt lacking: only two towels per person were provided, with no face towels and no slippers. It’s not a good choice for those looking for comfort and quiet.
1 Star — Avoid This Property - Not a 5 star Hotel Our experience at this hotel was a complete nightmare. We were checked into a room Oct 26th with a non-functional AC, and the onsite team demonstrated zero urgency or competence in resolving the issue. No alternative room was offered, no viable solution was provided, and the staff seemed more focused on deflecting than actually fixing the problem. Given the lack of remediation, we had no choice but to walk out and leave a day early. Management committed to refunding the unused night, but it has now been over a month with no refund processed and no meaningful follow-up. They brought a portable AC but that meant keeping the windows open in an areas known for being very loud This is not a customer-centric operation, and the experience we had was awful.
Pros: Nice big room, fairly modern, nice amenities, decent minibar, good location if you can deal with the noise, and the staff were friendly and helpful! Cons: the absolute worst room service of my life, not just once but twice. I've probably ordered room service from 50+ hotels all over the world and this was by far the worst. I hope they hire some new cooks. Unbelievable. Two huge TVs with nothing to watch....a few local, boring, stupid channels with no ability to sign into any of your streaming platforms...Pointless. I seriously don't understand why hotels (especially "5 star") still do this?! It drives me crazy. Lastly, the black-out curtains were not long enough, so tons of bright light poured in from the bottom, waking me up prematurely each day.
