I've been to Episodes Café, and I received such a warm welcome that I honestly wasn't expecting, especially since the last food orders had already closed and there were only two minutes left to order drinks. Mennallah was the one who served me, and she made sure I could still enjoy my favorite Matcha Milkshake. I was craving something sweet for dessert, but unfortunately, I couldn't order one. To my surprise, she brought me a little caramel macaron instead.(The caramel macaron is actually my favorite, and I still don’t know how she guessed it! ) It was such a thoughtful gesture, and she turned a simple visit into a memorable moment. Thank you, Mennallah, for your kindness and excellent service

During our stay the situation in the region suddenly became very uncertain, and what this hotel and its team did for their guests during that time was simply extraordinary. From the very first moment the staff showed an incredible level of kindness, professionalism and calm. No matter how stressful things must have been behind the scenes, every single person we encountered kept smiling and made sure the guests felt safe and cared for. We travel a lot and stay in many hotels around the world, but we have honestly never experienced service like this before. Every question was answered patiently, every concern was taken seriously and the team went out of their way to help wherever they could. You could truly feel that they cared. The hotel itself feels like a magical place. Beautiful, peaceful and incredibly welcoming. During a very tense time it felt like a safe haven for everyone staying there. What makes this place truly exceptional, however, are the people who work there. Their warmth, dedication and positive attitude made an unforgettable impression on us. Thank you for taking such incredible care of us during a difficult moment. We will never forget the kindness we experienced here. This hotel is not just luxurious, it has heart. We hope to come back one day under calmer circumstances. Until then, we are simply very grateful.

I’ve traveled pretty extensively and I have yet to experience a hotel quite like this. It’s as if you are in the court of a king from the moment you walk in. Any and all luxury from around the globe is available at Emirates Palace. Care for some butterfly pea tea from Laos while having a pastry prepared by a French artisan? Absolutely. How about our array of every single date fruit imaginable? The breakfast was out of this world, and my daughter loved waking up and seeing the camels outside her room being cared for. It’s also massive, and despite all the restaurants and activity, you walk around feeling you have the whole hotel to yourself. The staff is also very accommodating and on top of every aspect of your stay.

We visited Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi yesterday and had such a lovely family day. The pool and beach facilities were really nice and perfect for families. The lazy river, kids’ slide, and big clean pool kept everyone busy all day, and there were lots of shaded areas and greenery which made it very relaxing. My daughter absolutely loved the slides and had so much fun. The beach was also very clean and beautiful. A special thank you to the team at Cascade for their warm hospitality, especially Alina, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again.

We where visiting the Cafe Fountain. What makes it worth it coming back is the personal, specially Deborah and Nikhil - so lovely and sweet, and very service minded. We talked about Deborah after our last time here, because she made such an positive impression, so she was part of the reasson we also came back. Had an iced latte last and a smoothie time which was very good, but not very impressed by the food, but its good/alright nevertheless. Very good location for photos and views.
